Visa Information
If you require a confirmation letter of your registration to the EFCL Summer School, contact us by email.
In your email, provide your complete name and any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application (e.g., passport number).
The EFCL Summer School cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the 2024 EFCL Summer School. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the event and pay in full before requesting an invitation letter.

Terms and Conditions
- Accepted payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, American Express, Twint, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- EFCL will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of CHF120, for any cancellations received in writing on or before April 1st. Cancellations should be directed to . Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participants must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from EFCL on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. After April 1st, 2024, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever.

- Participants and visitors of the EFCL Summer School should be aware that during or in conjunction with the event, video recordings or photos may be taken in which they appear. They agree neither to demand financial compensation nor to restrict the use of such media.
